Easy check in with the box outside. The pillows were fabulous, ask the owner next day who the supplier was...getting some myself ! Very quiet, considering the main road is around the corner and we had a street facing room with a balcony. Come out of the hotel, turn left and then left again and in 10 minutes you are at the lake, actually at Greenwich promenade with an English phonebox and mailbox ! Work out the history behind it yourself!

A perfect gem!! Ok this isn't your fancy all included services hotel. But it's totally adorable. Rooms are a good size. We had a balcony that faced the courtyard. It was super quiet. The shower was TOP notch. Super clean! Friendly staff! And right down stairs were more cafes, bakeries and ice cream places you could ever need. Half a block away from the U-bahn (subway) which is a straight ride into downtown Berlin and another block away is a good sized shopping center. A couple of blocks the other way is the lake and a good forest hike. This location is superb and this hotel is just delightful. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was as clean and comfortable as always. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes away from all the transport links, and a very short walk to Tegeler See.

The staff are incredibly helpful. My circumstances changed during my stay and the lovely woman at reception was very understanding and accommodating.

The hotel was very good nice & comfortable staff were friendly it was a nice area with many cafés & restaurants with tree lined streets- A great place to stay and will hopefully stay again next year - thank you a wonderful stay Regards Ian

The room was large and well thought-out. It was really convenient for getting ready in the morning. The location within the Tegel neighborhood was perfect. And the value for money was fantastic!
